Manny and crew did a great job repairing my roof. He understood what I needed and his estimate was clear and showed the labor and materials details (something not all contractors are willing to do). On the day that his team came to do the work, he showed me exactly where and why the roof was leaking. It made me confident that the work done solved the problem. Watertight did a complete re-roof on my house and really exceeded all my expectations.. The estimation and proposal process was thorough and done in a timely manner. The estimate was the best economical compare to the two other proposals. The project was handled smooth, efficient, detailed and cleaned.
